She was born on December 10, 1917 in Harrisburg, PA to the late John T. and Leah (Wallace) Mumma.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Dr. Emerson F. Fackler; son, Terry Emerson Fackler; and brother, John T. Mumma Jr.
Surviving Margaret is her son, Kim F. (Ann) Fackler, daughter Valerie F. (Carl) Gsell; grandchildren, Jeff (LeeAnn) Fackler, Shari (Mike) Capriola, Justin (Kristina) Fackler, Jodi (Josh) Fruhwirth, Adam (Noel) Gsell; and great grandchildren, Kristin and Paige Fackler, Dani and Niki Capriola, and Emerson Gsell.
Margaret was a graduate of John Harris High School. She was the owner of Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio/Fountain Gifts and a former member and past President of the Polyclinic Women’s Auxiliary. She loved reading, shopping, going to the beach on family vacations, spending time at her second home at Lake Heritage, and traveling with her husband all over the world. But she especially enjoyed just spending time with her family and friends.
Our family would like to thank the staff at Messiah Lifeways for their excellent care and devotion to Fay over the last few years.
There will be a family graveside service at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church 2000 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill Pa. 17011, or any charity of your choosing.
