

Maureen “Mo” Gross, 61, of New Cumberland, peacefully passed away in her home March 21, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 12, 1953 in Harrisburg. She was the oldest daughter of the late Samuel and Dolores Klipa. With her passing, she is reunited with her parents, her loving husband, Brian A. Gross, her devoted son Jeremy R. Gross, and her middle sister Christine M. Desfor.
Mo was a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School and a member of the Cathedral Parish of St. Patrick. Mo loved to laugh, and lived her life to the fullest. Mo loved to bring joy to other’s and would give anyone the shirt off her back, the earrings out of her ears, but maybe not the fabulous shoes on her feet. Anyone who met Mo would not be able to forget her contagious smile or laugh. She was a true joy to know.
Mo was a amazing mother who had a deep faith in Christ and taught her daughter the importance of love, respect, family and the value of humor. She was loyal to those who knew her, and was an inspiration to all.
She is survived by her daughter, Tara M. Gross who loved her dearly, her sister and brother-in-law Joyce A. and Timothy R. Norris. Her niece Natasha, and her nephew’s Zachary, Christian, Brooks, Ryan and Matthew. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Scripture Service will be held at 2:00pm Friday March 27, 2015 in the Neil Funeral Home located at 3401 Market Street Camp Hill. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 noon to time of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mo’s honor to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Pennsylvania.
