He was born in Kingston, PA to Michael and Mary Judge.
He was a 1972 graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School. As an expert in logistics, he was instrumental in the development of Allen Distribution from which he retired as general manager.
He was an active volunteer, served as Chairman of the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce, and founded the credit union at Rite Aid Corporation.
He is survived by his sisters, Joanne Judge and her husband, Rick Oppenheimer, Lancaster, PA, and Sharon Lane and her husband Bill Lane, Hummelstown, PA. and his beloved feline companion Gracie.
He was a great man, a good friend, generous of heart and an inspiration to many people. He enjoyed life, in particular sustaining his backyard wildlife of birds, deer and squirrels, cars, sports and Hawaii.
A walk through visitation will be held from 5:00-6:00pm on Monday March 08, 2021 at Neill Funeral Home; 3401 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Due to Covid-19 protocol all guests will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
