You use to call me your sweet baby girl. You took me in like a daughter. Our bond is something i will never forget. Thank you for always sure i am ok , thank you for answering every little question i had , thank you for been there for me when i felt no one was. Thank you for showing me not to be scared of anything but to put my all in everything i did . I don’t know how you did it , but you were always right ! You were proud of all my accomplishments, you knew about most of my crazy ideas and always told me “Mugure you can do whatever you put ur mind too“. You had the heart of gold Patrick. I know you are up there making everyone laugh and definitely the fashionista. Love you to infinity dadio.

Millie and Michelle I am so very sorry for your loss. You both are in my thoughts and prayers. Patrick was one of the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was one of my “rocks” that I could count on to get me through the worst days. He always had an answer and always made me laugh. He will be greatly missed! He would always say, “ what am I to do with you?” Now, we all are saying “what are we to do without you?”
Rest In Peace my friend❤️
Until we meet again

Patrick, I’m still in awe that you left this world so soon, so hurriedly and so tragic. The years I knew and worked with you, the friendship we shared over the years are things and memories I will never never. The advice you gave and the wisdom with which u did it will be cherished for life.
I love you my friend and you will definitely be missed. Surely God loves you more. Rest in perfect peace Patrick until the resurrection day when we meet to part no more. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿.

Patrick has been a strong presence in our work family at UPMC Pinnacle for many years. I thank Patrick for his dedication to those we serve and to each other. I am grateful for his intelligence and his wit, his willingness to accept new challenges and his stick in the mud attitude when he didn’t agree. He was honest, direct, compassionate, hard working (too hard) and incredibly dependable. What Patrick did for us at work could never be replaced. He is missed beyond measure. I can’t begin to say how much I appreciated his support on a personal level. He cared. He truly cared. He had a way of lifting people through challenging times.

In celebration, I will always remember this handsome man with a beautiful soul. He touched so many lives during his life. He loved his wife and his family. He was humbly proud of his daughter. He was a living, breathing example of his faith. I can see his smile and hear his laughter. I know that he is overjoyed to be in heaven with his Lord and Savior. God called home a powerful angel. I thank God for placing Patrick in my life.

Patrick, "thank you so much for everything that you do, everyday".

I worked with Patrick at UPMC Pinnacle. I feel so lucky to have known and befriended such a wonderful person. I will miss his voice, his silly jokes and comments and most of all his kind heart. No matter how busy he was, Patrick always made time to check in and see how i was, ask about my family, my dog, my life. He was like a big brother.
To Mille and Michelle, Patrick talked about you both all the time. He was so proud of his family and the the joy on his face and love in his eyes when he spoke of you both was the most beautiful thing. I will miss him so much but I am also so thankful to have had the time we did. I’m really missing my buddy, but we all have the best angel watching over us now.

Working with patrick at Manor Care Camp hill was a nice experience. He was such an hardworking , dutiful and interesting individual. He loved what he was doing and very protective of the residends. I used to call him "Mr Mini Doctor" because you really have to prepare a comprehensive nursing report for Patrick if he would relieve you. He would be missed.

Dearest co worker and a friend , may your soul rest in peace.

Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
May the lord be with the family he left behind in a time like this.
