He was born June 26, 1925 in Mount Holly Springs, PA, son of the late Harry and Carrie (Hockley) Donley.
He retired from the former Navy Ships Parts Control Center, a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy. Member of the Camp Hill United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 109 and the NARFE.
Surviving are his two children, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family.
