He was born September 19, 1968 in Camp Hill a son of S. Michael and Ruth Ann (Spitler) Fullerton.
He was a graduate of Camp Hill High School and attended Harrisburg Area Community College. Sammy enjoyed music, playing his guitar and spending time with his friends.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister, Geneva Gause, brothers, Theodore and Andrew Fullerton, 2 nieces and 4 nephews.
Funeral service will be at the convenience of the family.
