He was born in Philadelphia on November 25, 1966, to the late Arthur Moody and Catherine Williams.
He was the graduate of Germantown High School in Philadelphia and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was also a member of the Chosen Friends Lodge No 43. F. & A. M. He was employed as a customer service representative for several establishments throughout his lifetime.
He enjoyed football, especially the San Francisco 49ers and the Florida State Seminoles and basketball.
Tony is survived by his wife, Chariti Keefer Moody of Harrisburg Pa; daughter Mercedez Moody of Philadelphia Pa, two stepdaughters; Amanda Jackson of Harrisburg Pa and Eden McGarvey of New York as well as three step grandchildren; sisters Lori Ann Moody of Richmond Va, Evelyn Jackson of Carlisle Pa and one brother Authur Moody of Richmond VA, as well as a host of aunts and uncles and cousins and nephews of Richmond and Philadelphia.
A memorial service will be held at 3pm Friday, February 7, 2025, at the Neill Funeral Home; 3401 Market St. Camp Hill, PA 17011. A visitation will take place from 2pm until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
