

Wendy Vickery, 50, of Lemoyne, PA. passed away at her home with family on Friday, May 7, 2010 after an extended struggle with Inflammatory Breast Cancer. Her strong presence and captivating personality will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Wendy was a Real Estate Broker for 27 years, licensed in NY and PA and had managed offices for Jack Gaughen, Century 21, and most recently Straub RE Group. She loved her home, enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with her family and great number of friends.
Wendy was born in Sharpsville, PA to Margaret (Gergely) Spadin of Camp Hill and the late John Spadin. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother Lee Spadin.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Michael J. Vickery, daughters Veronica T. (Troy W. Meek) Vickery and Kristina N. Vickery of Lemoyne; a sister Joyce A. Gregory of Hermitage, PA. and soon to be grandson Ethan Michael Lou Meek due on July 20th that she was so thrilled about.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May15, 2010 at 1pm at the Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market Street in Camp Hill. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home. Private committal services will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in remembrance of Wendy are requested to be made for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk this October with Wendy’s support team “Wendy’s Warriors”. Please email Veronica Vickery at [email protected] for walk information.
