It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom Giuseppina Vanzo.
Mom was predeceased by her husband Giuseppe, parents Bortolo & Maria Fochesato, brother Giuseppe & sister Ina. She is survived by her son Maurizio, daughter Trish (Markus), grandsons Chris (Sarah), and Mike, great grandkids Benjamin & Annabelle, brother and sister in law Mirco & Maria, nephew Don (Amanda, Luca and Ella) and niece Viviana.
Also in Italy, sister Angelina, brother Luciano (Bruna), nieces and nephews.
Mom loved gardening and bowling; she enjoyed time with friends and family and all events put on by the Italian Society. Her family was her pride and joy, especially her grandsons and great grandkids.
Her strong Catholic faith helped her in her life, especially this past year.
We would like to thank Dr. Sutherland and the nurses and all the staff in unit 3B at the CR hospital for the care and kindness given to our mom.
