He will be sadly missed by his wife of 18 years Kelly McKinnon; his 2 daughters: Sandra McKinnon (Frank) and Mandi McKinnon (Eric); his 6 grandchildren: Sam, Addy, Ashton, Brycen, Anthony, and Albert; his siblings: Marion, Wayne, Aubrey, Kaltha and Wanda also by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He is predeceased by his parents Bruce and Lucy Borden; his brothers: Billy, Wallace, and Lloyd.
Alex will be remembered for his love of farming and being on the river. He was also a school bus driver for 30 years.
You were the best husband, father and grampy (Bing) anyone could have asked for. We were all fortunate to have you in our lives. Love you to the moon and back, until we meet again.
