Tuesday, April 25th, 2023, at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, at the age of 99, passed away Mr. Edmond Poirier of Eel River Crossing, husband of Mrs. Léonie (born Leclerc) Poirier. He was the son of the late Rose-Anne (born Savoie) and the late Fidèle Poirier.
Besides his wife Léonie, he will be sadly missed by his children: Roland (Nikki) of Dalhousie, Junior (Françoise) of Balmoral, Yvette of Dalhousie, Robert (Pierrette) of Eel River Crossing, Patsy (Marco) of Dalhousie-Junction, Edgar (Ida) of Eel River Crossing, Danny (Jacky) of Gatineau, QC and Corinne (Ghislain) of Eel River Crossing also by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephew, and friends.
He was predeceased by his son Roger, his parents and many brothers and sisters.
Funeral mass will be held in the Ste-Trinité Church, Eel River Crossing, on Friday, April 28th, 2023, at 4:00 pm. Mr. Edmond Poirier will rest at Savoie Parlor, situated at 10 D’Eglise St., Eel River Crossing, on Friday afternoon from 2:00 pm till time of funeral.
