It is with great sadness that the family of Lionel Reginald Laviolette, also known as Leo, announces his passing which occurred on February 13th, 2025 in Campbellton, NB. Born in Atholville, he was the son of the late Reginald Laviolette and of the late Azanetta (Leblanc) Laviolette.
He is survived by his three children; Shayne Laviolette (Shelley) of Keswick Ridge, NB, Chantal Laviolette Mann (Troy) Edmonton, Alberta and Justin Laviolette (Lindsay) Chippawa, ON, six grand-children, 2 great-grand-children, the mother of his children Shirley Laviolette, his sister Marie Laviolette, PEI, as well as many cousin, nieces and nephews.
Lionel was predeceased by his sisters; Estelle Boudreau (Pat), Diana Renault (Louis) and his brother Conrad Laviolette.
Leo was a carpenter by trade and was also a well known photographer.
As per his last wishes, there will be no funeral service or visitation at the funeral home.
