Madeleine Dufour Gendron

Sunday, July 12th, 2015 at the ‘Centre d’Hébergement de New Carlisle’ at the age of 82, passed away Mrs. Madeleine Dufour Gendron of New Carlisle and formerly Cross Point, wife of late Fernand Gendron. She was the daughter of the late Eugénie (Rioux) and late Joseph Frédéric Dufour.

She will be sadly missed by her children: Lynda (Bertin Bérubé) and Andre (Gena Leger Gendron); her grandchildren: Olivier, Antoine, Lusignan, Melissa, Marc-Andre and Ryan & Justin McGean; her brothers and sisters: Gilles Dufour (Germaine) of Carleton, Aline of Montréal, Gisèle of Montréal and Cécile of Matane also by many members of her husband family, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Fernand, his parents, his sister Françoise and brothers Léonard, Bertrand, Maurice.

The funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 17th, 2015 at12pm (noon) at the Ste-Helene Church, Cross Point.  Visitation will be held at Savoie Funeral Home, Campbellton on Thursday afternoon from 2 till 4 and in the evening from 7 till 9 pm also on Friday morning from 10 until time of funeral. All times have been expressed in New Brunswick time.  A donation to the Heart Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
