Friday, September 7th, at the Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 99, passed away Mrs. Marie Poirier of Atholville, wife of the late Leopold Gallant. She is the daughter of the late Ida Parent and late Stanislas Poirier.
She will be sadly missed by her children: Corinne of Atholville and Robert of Atholville; her grandchildren: Eric and Daniel; her great-grandchildren: Kedric, Lexandre, Anabelle and Sofia; her sister Catherine Bertin of Atholville also many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends.
She has gone to join her husband Leopold, her parents and her brothers: Gervais, David, Edgar, John and Louis.
Funeral mass will be held on Monday, September 10th, in the Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Atholville. Mrs. Marie Gallant will rest at Savoie Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon from 2 till 4 and evening from 7 till 9 also on Monday morning from 9:30 till time of funeral.
