He will be sadly missed by his parents: Gerard et Eveline Savoie of Campbellton and Shirley Murphy of Dalhousie; his sisters and brothers: Ginette Diotte of Dalhousie-Junction, Jean-Paul Savoie (Elise) of Campbellton, Rachel Poirier (Gerard) of Balmoral, Micheline Fontaine (Real) of Campbellton, Craig Murphy of Bathurst and Linda Narvie of Eel River Bar. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and specially friends will also miss him.
The funeral was held on May 7, 2007 at the Our Lady of Snows Church, Campbellton, and celebrated by Father Romeo Morrison. The pallbearers were Marc-Andre Savoie, Jean-Philippe Savoie, Pierre-Luc Poirier, Francois Poirier, Karine Fontaine, Simon-Pierre Fontaine, Paul Duguay et Billy Keoughan.
