Wednesday, July 27th, 2022, at the Bathurst Chaleur Regional Hospital, at the age of 83 passed away Mrs. Thérèse Roy of Pointe-Verte, wife of Mr. Maurice Roy. She was the daughter of the late Christiana (born Roy) and the late Alphonse Comeau.
Besides her husband, Maurice, she will be sadly missed by her sons: Daniel (Yvette Pitre) of Petit-Rocher, Martin (Cynthia Dufresne) of Montréal and Denis (Carole Guitard) of Petit-Rocher; her grandchildren: Josée, Cindy and Myriam; her sister and her brothers: Yvonne (late Mathias Comeau) of Bathurst, Gérard (Jeannine) of Quebec and Alexandre (late Alice) of Quebec also by many members of the Roy family, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, her sister, and brothers: Alphonsine, Arthur, Michel, Adélard, Donat and André.
Funeral mass will be held in the St-Vincent de Paul Church, Pointe-Verte, on Thursday, August 4th at 1100 am. Respecting Mrs. Thérèse Roy’s wishes, there will be no visitation at the funeral home.
