Bianca Maria was born into this world on August 23, 1925 in Trieste, Italy. She was raised in Italy by her parents the late Carlo and Andreina. During the war she was out with the girls and met a soldier in the Army and fell in love with his blue eyes during him serenading her with the song blue moon. Her and blue eyes, Wayne Sr. married in 1953. After marriage and the end of the war they moved to the United States and raised their three children Mary, Wayne Jr. and Robert. After coming to the United States she learned English, how to drive and enjoyed the antics of her 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was a witty, hard-working, strong, humbled, prideful, stubborn, creative woman that did not let the obstacles that life threw at her get in her way of living life to the fullest, including following recipes. In our lives she has taught us that no matter how hard the battle may be, there is always a positive to every negative. She was taken from us on February 15. 2011. She will be greatly missed, but forever remember in our hearts.
