David was a loving man, son, father, and husband. He worked extremely hard to provide a great life for his family, something he certainly achieved. But he is not defined by his work, he is defined by his kindness and generosity.
Everyday of his life he called his mother June and spoke to her for hours. He was always on his son Andrew’s side(no matter how obviously in the wrong Andrew was) and he would do literally anything his daughter Shannon desired. He loved his wife no matter what and she knew it. He would always make sure she had her cherished chocolate Drumsticks. Anything family or friends needed, David delivered.
He will also be remembered by his eclectic passions, chief among them UCLA sports, and anything and everything to do with zombies. A perfect day for David was watching UCLA win another championship(or even better beating USC), then watching a ridiculous zombie movie, all surrounded by his family.
David was also a prolific online shopper, buying anything his family needed at the drop of a hat, and many things he didn’t need. Early reports say Amazon stock is cratering without his constant purchases.
David is survived by his wife Diane, son Andrew, daughter Shannon, mother June, sister Paula, and many more beloved family and friends. He always told people not to mourn him, but the great memories he left us with make it impossible not to.
Rest In Peace to a wonderful man. He will be forever loved, and Go Bruins!
The Family requests that donations be made to the charities below in David's honor in lieu of flowers.
