Francia is survived by her son Kevin Rodriguez; and her daughter Ashley Martinez.

A vigil and rosary will occur Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gates, Kingsley & Gates Praiswater Mortuary, 6909 Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91303. A graveside service will occur Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Oakdale Mortuary & Memorial Park, 1401 S Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740.
