Joe was born April 22, 1958 in Hong Kong. He taught himself to swim and play guitar. He came to the U.S. in the 1970's with his parents Hon and Alice and siblings, Sherry, Kelly and John. His great passions were music and everything Ferrari.
He is survived by Angelica, his wife of 30 years, his son, Jonathan, and his parents and siblings. We all miss him greatly.
