Rino was a very dear friend of ours. 
He was a gentleman, honest and dependable, loved by his family and friends. As a Civil Engineer in Romania, Rino was involved in designing and building roads and bridges in Romania. 
Here in Moorpark, Rino greatly helped us in obtaining difficult approvals from City Building Inspectors for a large Pavilion that was built behind our house. 

Rino lived a good life. He will be remembered for his love for his family. We will surely miss him.
Now we pray for peace and comfort for his wife Geta and family. God bless you.
