Ofelia Diaz, age 87, of Van Nuys, California passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024. Ofelia was born in Canoga Park, California.

A visitation for Ofelia will be held Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Gates, Kingsley & Gates Praiswater Mortuary, 6909 Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91303. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of The Valley Catholic Church, 22021 Gault St., Canoga Park, CA 91303. An interment will occur Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Oakwood Memorial Park, 22601 Lassen Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311.

Serving as pallbearers are Hector Lizarraga, Sr., Hector Lizarraga, Jr., Jason Soto, Joseph Mehrez, Raul Christopher Diaz and Michael Ward.
