Dear Victor,

      We had so many good times together that I will treasure forever.  From ballet class and playing games outside in front of the garage, to working together at Villa Italian and hanging out at the Ranch with the gang.  I remember body surfing at the beach and playing late night foosball at Fisherman’s Village. Then  General Telephone almost became a family tradition, (thank you Opa, haha).  And finally it was all about marriage and kids and enjoying family life. 
      You always approached everything with kindness and  practicality, mixed in with a really keen sense of humor.  In other words, you enjoyed living life to its’ fullest, and made sure everyone around you was doing the same.  If that’s not the definition of perfect, I don’t know what is.. 

 Little brother, I will miss you so much…


I've known Victor since Short Ave Elementary School.  I remember being in class together and everyone was talking about him being on the Brady bunch show. He hated it,  especially when the teacher started talking about it to the whole class. He was a really nice guy.  My condolences to the family. R.I.P Victor.  Fly high with the angels my friend. 

So sorry for your loss. I meet Ed through his father. We had many good laughs about his father. You will be missed.

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Victor.  My condolences go out to his family and many close friends.  I first met Victor in the late 80’s, as he was an I&R tech and I was a cable splicer.  In 1997, I became a I&R tech and now worked in the same department as Victor.  I got to know him better and found him to be a friendly and funny guy.  He always seemed to have a funny story or joke to share.  I remember when he was retiring from Verizon he took the opportunity at our last safety meeting with him,to address the crew.  He went around the room of 10 or so techs and addressed each of us individually to tell us thanks for being helpful or kind or reminisced about a job they worked together or a situation they shared.  I always remembered that of Victor.  He was a class act who was taken way too soon!

I’m so sad to hear about Victor‘s passing he was a young man and should have had many more years left in front of him. 
Victor and I worked together in the San Fernando yard for quite a few years together and we’re on more jobs than I care to remember to help each other out it was a good worker you’ll be missed my condolences to the family

I met Victor when I first started working at the San Fernando Yard over 20 years ago, he trained me on how to be a telephone man but he also taught a few life lessons that still serve me to this day. He was funny and always willing to help his friends. Thank you for being my friend Victor. My deepest condolences go out the the Schutt Family. 

I am so saddened to hear that Victor has passed. He and I were friends and worked together for several years in San Fernando, he will be missed. My deepest condolences to all of the Schutt family.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Victor Schutt. I knew Victor for almost 30 years. He was an amazing uncle - always loving and kind.  We have fond memories of riding his speedboat out on the lake and visiting Laughlin, as well as numerous family gatherings. He was always such a joy to be around. We are truly grateful he was able to meet his great-niece, Emily. Rest In Peace, Victor. We love you and will miss you always. Until we meet again ...
