Luz María Rosa Pérez, age 74, of Rio Grande, Puerto Rico passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023. Luz was born in Canóvanas, Canóvanas, Puerto Rico.

Luz is survived by her esposo, Juan Ernesto Castro López; her hijo Ernesto Juan Castro Rosa; and her hija Damaris Castro Rosa.

Luz was preceded in death by her papá Laureano Rosa, and her mamá Felipa Pérez.

A servicio funeral for Luz will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Pilar, Canóvanas, Puerto Rico 00729. A sepelio will occur Friday, January 5, 2024 at Cementerio Municipal Nuevo, Canóvanas.
