Amie Beth Shapiro White

Amie Beth (Shapiro) White, of Needham, MA, on February 11, 2016, surrounded by family after a courageous 11 year battle with ovarian cancer. Beloved wife of Gregory White. Loving mother of Alexander and Jonathan. Dear sister of Michael Shapiro of Hyannis. Her parents Tobie and Leonard Shapiro of Canton, Barbara White of Dedham, and the late Sheldon White. Also survived by brother in law Andrew White, and nieces Olivia and Jillian White of Lexington. She also leaves behind her faithful dogs Freddie and Eli. The family wishes to extend its heartfelt thanks to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, angels Emer O’Shea, Kathleen Nilles, Kathi McCawley Jones, Mary McCawley, Stephanie Cooper, and Sue Brooks. Services at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA, on Monday February 15, 2016 at 10 am, followed by burial at Sharon Memorial Park. Shiva immediately after burial at the home of Tobie and Leonard Shapiro. Shiva will continue Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm with Minyan at 7:30 pm.
