Beloved husband of Sandra P. (Paris) Lewis-Myers. Devoted father of Gloria Clark and her husband Steve, Vivian Anders and her husband Rick, Marshall Myers, and Bryce Myers, Jr. and his wife Susan, and the late Karen Alexander. Dear step-father of Lynne, Stacy, Elayne, and Barrie. Loving brother of Donald, Eugene, the late William, and the late Marshall “Red”. Bryce is survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Born in the winter of 1931 to Marshall and Martha Myers, Bryce grew up in Dalton, PA. He proudly served in the US Air Force for 20 years, retiring as a Tech Sergeant. He then worked as a civilian for 20 years with the US Coast Guard and was active as a Major in the American Legion for many years. Following those decades of service, he put his charisma and experience to work by opening a tour guide service together with Sandy. He was known as a man who could fix anything and always made himself available to help. Dedicated to the well-being of others, he also became a CPR and first aid instructor. Bryce had two green thumbs and was passionate about gardening. He spread joy as part of a touring chorale group, and was singing through his final days. His sense of humor made people smile, and he will be remembered as a truly good man who led a great and positive life.
