Charlotte (Newman) Moses

Beloved wife of the late Herbert A. Moses. Devoted mother of Sheri Casper and Jeff, Debra Hammel and her husband David, and Barbara Farmer and her husband Curtis. Dear sister of Irma Bloom. Cherished grandmother of Britt (Matt) Braun and Reed (Morgan) Casper; Beau (Katy), Skylar (Annick), Hayden and Caleb Hammel; and Alex and Kyle Farmer. Loving great-grandmother of Kensie, Grayson, Brooks, Charlie, Owen, Forrest, Holden, Isabella, Luca, and Ariha. Charlotte was a special aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lifelong friend of Joan Goldstein.

Charlotte was born in Chelsea, MA in March of 1931. As an accomplished pianist from a young age, she was chosen as Class Musician. Wonderful memories were created at family gatherings, centered around her piano. Charlotte was proud of her work as a legal secretary, and she was a dedicated homemaker, raising three daughters. Charlotte’s most recent charitable contribution was knitting for Veterans and those in need. Her grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren were her greatest delight, and her love will be greatly missed.

Graveside service on Sunday, March 20 at 12:45 PM at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham St., Sharon. Following services, there will be a memorial gathering in Canton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
