

LEVIN, David C. Passed away September 24, 2025 at the age of 78. Born on December 12, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late B. Robert Levin and Helen Levin Moskow, David grew up in Weymouth and lived in Norwell before moving back to Weymouth. He was a graduate of Thayer Academy in Braintree, MA; Boston University School of Business; and Boston University School of Law. David was a veteran of the United States Army. Upon leaving the service, he practiced law for over fifty years at the law firm of Levin and Levin, a law firm which was started by his father and grew to include his brothers, son and nephews.
Beloved husband of thirty-six years of Denise Levin; loving father of Benjamin E. Levin and his wife Tamala of Hingham, and Bianca Bernardo of Quincy. Dear brother of the late Henry S. Levin and his wife Minna of Hingham, the late Jeffrey L. Levin, and Richard E. Levin and his wife Marilyn of Quincy. Proud grandfather of Tula and Abe. Brother-in-law of William and Billilyn Foster of Rehoboth, and many nieces and nephews.
David was a fervent fan of the New England Patriots, attending countless games with his son Benjamin, his brother Henry and nephews Larry, Allan and Andrew. Later in life, David developed a passion for travel, especially to Paris, where he and his wife often visited. He was a devoted Grandfather who loved nothing more than to attend his grandchildren’s sporting events and activities.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Funeral Services which will be at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, September 29th, with burial to follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
