Dolores Sylvia (Marks) Fine

Adored wife of the late Morris Fine. Survived by her sons Allan Fine and his wife Kay of Florida, Steven Fine and his wife Vicky of Florida, Joel Fine and his wife Denise of Sharon and the late Teddy and Barbara Fine formerly of Pennsylvania. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer and husband Mark, Solomon, Teddy and wife Jena, Joey and wife Becky, Kevin and hopefully future wife Elena, and Stephanie. Great grandmother of Teddy Boston, Livia, Leon and Josie. Loving aunt to Diane, Natalie and the late Kenny Fine.

Dolores graduated Beth Israel School of Nursing. She worked many years at the Goddard Hospital in Stoughton and for many years as a camp nurse in Foxboro at Oak Hill Country Day Camp. Dolores was the President of New England Sinai Hospital Woman’s’ Auxiliary from 1989 until it was dissolved in 2012. For many years, she did volunteer work at the Sinai as well. A longtime member of the Young at Heart and of the Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan Association. Dolores sat as a board member of both those organizations.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 1 PM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon. The Fine family will be sitting Shiva following the burial on Sunday at the home of Joel and Denise Fine and continuing on Monday and Tuesday from 3-6pm.
