He was 83.
Beloved husband of Joyce Lehrer, to whom he was married for 59 years prior to her passing in 2016.
Devoted father of Lisa Jacobs and her husband Eric, Shayna Lehrer and her husband Rob, and Susan Moore and her husband Sasha. Cherished grandfather of Lilianna, Caylee, Julius, and Lucy. Older brother of Marvin Lehrer and his wife Gaby. Loving uncle to Michelle, Chris, and Morgan Creech, and Lorne Lehrer. He also leaves behind several close friends who are now family: Bill and Mary Rudder, Sandra and Chuck Vegal, Faith Moore, Joann Rogers, Cathy Chin, Nancy and Barry Sidman, and the many students whose lives he touched.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 3rd at 10:00 AM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA. Services will be livestreamed at www.tinyurl.com/Erwin-Lehrer. Interment to follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
Friends and family will celebrate Erwin’s life on Monday, April 3rd from 12-3 PM, and Tuesday, April 4th from 4-7 PM, at Saint John’s Filarmonica Society, 845 Washington Street, Stoughton, MA.
