George Zaslaw

George was a man devoted to his family, unassuming, and extraordinarily loving. He was an avid tennis player and made many good friends on the courts. He had a beautiful voice - his singing touched us all, including his whistling which brought instant joy. His sense of humor put those around him at ease. His business, Carlton Cleaners, made him known and loved within the community surrounding him. He was a wonderful husband, father and friend. He loved with all of his heart and was loved beyond words.

Devoted and loving father of Ellen Halpern and her husband Barry, Paul Zaslaw and his wife Susan, Carrie Miceli and her husband Frank, Aimee Zaslaw and her partner Ed Murphy. He was predeceased by daughter Jeanne Zaslaw with whom he shared his love for music. Cherished grandfather of Philip Halpern and partner Felicia Mulholland, Peter Halpern and wife Katie Wulliman, Lisa Petersen and husband Kris Petersen, Max Zaslaw and Lindsay Zaslaw. Proud great grandfather to Addie, Kira, Asher, and Aiden. He was gramps to many precious furry and feathered family members as well.

The burial service will take place at 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 22nd at Sharon Memorial Park Chapel, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are appreciated at Bloom Syndrome Association (https://www.bloomsyndromeassociation.org/donations/donate.asp?id=6742).
