

Beloved husband of Myrna (Tanzer) Spector, they shared 67 years of marriage before his passing.
Born in Boston, he was a son of the late Max and Sarah (Nisson) Spector. He was a wholesaler in the Shoe industry for many years, before retiring as a postal worker from the US Post Office in 1991. He enjoyed playing sports, reading and loved listening to Jazz.
In addition to his beloved wife, those left to cherish his memory are his daughter and son-in-law, Lynne and Stephen Kurlansky of Taunton and his son Leonard Spector and his companion Laura Ribeiro of Arlington, and his beloved grandchildren Keith Kurlansky, Alex Malkki and Scott and his wife, Genna Kurlansky. In addition to his parents, he was preceeded in death by his brother, Alvin Spector.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 14th at 1:00PM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA, followed by burial at Sharon Memorial Park. All attendees are required by current mandated restrictions to wear a face covering at all times, to social distance 6 feet and to please refrain from any close physical contact.
