Dear Novack family,
I just learned today that you dear father and brother, Dr. Novack, passed away.  He was a wonderful endodontist  who immediately relieved my pain and my fears. I can’t believe that it was over two years ago and I am sorry for your loss. You are all in my prayers.

I just read that Dr. Novack had died -I was in Canada  most of this year & am glad that this online book is still here- I was so fortunate to have Dr. Novack's excellent skills and his graciousness of spirit, dry sense of humor and I hope that he is at peace now & forever- A rare human being regardless of his chosen profession.

My deepest condolences to the Novak family.   I just heard today of Dr. Novak's passing.  He was a kind and gentle Doctor who will be sorely missed. I pray for peace for his family.

I only heard about Harvey's passing recently from former co-workers. I was so sorry to hear. Since he was so immersed in his work and I'm not chatty, I didn't get to know him as well as I'd intended. It was nice to find this guest book and confirm what I gathered from our numerous brief interactions. He truly did present as a thoughtful, gentle man. He took his profession very seriously and was excellent, which is important, but I think what was nice about him was his infectious smile -- well-captured below. It just feels like a shock that we won't be seeing more of it. Just wanted those who loved him to know that even from an outsider's perspective, he was lovely and raved about his family a lot even in times of trouble. Rest in peace, Harvey, and may you be not lost but loved and remembered.

Last Monday I heard about this.  Harv would bend over backwards for anybody at the track.  He taught me craps, He gave me a heck of a time at the track for 5 solid years.  He was one heck of a guy, may he rest in peace.

Today I learned of Dr. Novack's passing- I am deeply saddened as I have been a patient of his for over 12 years.  I always enjoyed Dr. Novack, not the root canal of course and was touched for his love for dogs as I am an extreme dog lover.  His work was flawless, his demeanor so professional yet friendly and caring always.  I was always impressed by the work he did in other countries for children.  His passing will leave a large void in the lives of many.  I am so very sorry-   Fondly,

I am so saddened to hear of Dr. Novack's passing.  I've referred my patients to him for almost 20 years and he always treated my patients with expertise and compassion. I will miss his friendship, his knowledge and his passion for the Red Sox.  My condolences to his lovely family.

It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through.

I have only known Dr. Novack since this past August, when I needed the first of three  emergency root canals.  The second one occurred over Columbus Day weekend.  I called him on Sunday evening to simply let him know that I was in pain and I would need to see him that week.  He called me back five minutes later.  I said - "I cannot believe you called me back on a Sunday night."  He responded, "Of course I would call you back right away.  You are my patient.  You are in pain and you need my help."  Clearly, he was a true professional, and he was very dedicated to his patients.  I wish much peace and comfort to his family and friends.

I am going to miss you my dear friend.

Harvey and I were BU endo alumni and  shared a 40+ year professional history. Our offices shared a weekend coverage arrangement for almost 20 years. We always enjoyed Harvey's wit, insight and professional expertise. He will be sadly missed from our presence.

Our sincerest condolences to the Novack family. Dr Novack was a well respected professional in the dental field and he will be greatly missed.

Harvey was a great man.  No matter what he was going through, he was happy and worried about others.  It didn't matter if we called him at 9pm that a patient was in pain, he was always willing to drop everything to help someone in pain.  Assisting him was a pleasure, he taught me so much.  He was passionate about his work, a great teacher.  His first question to me every day was "how's the little bandit doing" referring to my daughter, his great niece Jocelyn.  He was a kind and compassionate man, constantly making us laugh, whether on purpose or due to his little idiosyncrasies.  He was a great man and I will miss him dearly.

Rest in peace, Uncle Harvey.  I love and miss you.  - Your little bulldog.

Dr. Novack you will be missed by so many. Working with you for 23 years here at Dental Specialties.  You became my dear friend loved by us all here.  You were so kind to all your patients and always made sure their needs were taken care of.  We joked that you could do root canals with your eyes closed! Heaven gained a true gentleman and wonderful man.  Rest in peace Harvey!

Harvey was a good friend as well as a great dentist.  He will be missed!  My condolences to his whole family - he spoke well of you all.

My condolences to the Novack family. As Harvey's long time bookkeeper, in time I came to know him as a man of compassion. A person who was concerned for his patients, a man who took pride in his work. I will miss his friendship and advice.

Harvey was a gentleman and the nicest person you would ever meet Harvey helped People out that he hardly new very thoughtful and kind person.He will be missed by his friends and family.
