Born in Boston, MA, she was the dear daughter of the late Abraham and Frances (Rutstein) Rosen.
Beloved wife of the late Sumner Zorfas. Devoted mother of Meryl (Zorfas) Pilder, Judy Zorfas Spivak and her husband Howard, and Alan Zorfas and his wife Nancy. Loving sister of Charlie Rosen. Cherished grandmother of Joel, Jennifer, Julia, Stuart, Shira, Ethan, Zachary, and Sam, as well as her adored great-grandchildren. Irene will be missed by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
