Goldberg,Julie Sarah, of Stoughton, MA, passed away on January 30, 2017. Dear daughter of Lawrence and Ellen (Scholnick) Goldberg. Loving sister of David Goldberg. Julie leaves behind her beloved dog Leo, who gave her many years of companionship. Julie grew up in Wellesley, MA, and graduated from Drew University in Madison, NJ. She worked for the New Yorker and other magazines in sales and marketing. Her passions included singing, acting, music, and theatre. Funeral services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington Street, Canton, on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 12:30 PM. Interment will be at David Vicur Cholim Cemetery, Baker Street, West Roxbury. Following interment, shiva will be held at the home of Ellen Goldberg until 7 PM, and will continue Friday from 2-4 PM, Saturday from 6-8 PM, and Sunday from 12-2 PM.
