Marcia Ann Rhodes of Milford, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2025, at 69 years of age. Born in Newark, New Jersey, the youngest daughter of Elayne Goldy and the late Moe Goldy. Loving wife of Harold Rhodes, with whom she shared 42 years of marriage. Beloved mother of Rebecca Elizabeth Rhodes. Cherished sister of Susan MacKay. Devoted aunt to her nieces; Leslie Miller, Jennifer Delisle, Sara Lerner, Margie Rhodes, Emily and Rachel Rhodes, and to her nephew James MacKay. Cherished niece of her aunt Irma Bass.
Marcia was an exceptional friend to all who knew her. Her avocations included rare item antiquing, authoring a historical fiction book about France in the late 18th century, playing Mahjong with her friends, supporting many animal charity organizations, and playing classical piano.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Service on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Chapel at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon. Interment will immediately follow services.
After the interment, a meal of condolence will be offered at Harold Rhodes' home. Shiva will be held at 7:00 PM, with Minyan at 7:30 PM.
