Robert Charles Gilson, of Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2026, at the age of 96.
He was the beloved husband of the late Claire Ann (Feinberg) Gilson and a devoted father to Douglas Gilson and his wife, Susan; Jean Concannon and her husband, John; Abbie Daroff; and the late Beth Ames. Robert was a cherished grandfather to twelve grandchildren and a proud great-grandfather to twelve great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 22, at 1:45 PM at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, Massachusetts.

He will be remembered with love and deeply missed by all who knew him.
