Ruth (Silverstein) Bienstock of Norfolk, previously of Braintree, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2026, at the age of 97 years old.
Daughter of the late Morris and Yetta (Lattner) Silverstein. Loving wife of the late Frank Bienstock. Beloved mother of Elaine Becker and her husband Matthew of Potomac, MD, and Judith Kerner and her husband Gerry of Norfolk. Cherished grandmother of Joshua Becker and his wife Andrea, Barbara Spurgeon and her husband Rick, Jeremy Becker and his wife Hailey, Jennifer Kerner, and Mark Kerner. Great-grandmother of 7. Sister of the late Isadore Silverstein and the late Esther Dower.
Ruth was born in Boston on August 24, 1929. A devoted mother. Always present for her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Graveside Service on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:45 AM at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon. Please follow signs to Graveside Service which will lead you to the administration building to line up for the burial.
