She was born on September 29, 1954 in Canton to the late Panayioti and Nikolitsa Pappakostas. Stacey earned her Masters in Education at Malone University, and was a teacher for Canton City Schools. She was a strong believer in her faith and a member of St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church. Stacey was very passionate about her fitness and health and lived a very healthy lifestyle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her niece, Stefani Morrow. She is survived by her nephew, Peter Papacostas.
A visitation for Stacey will be held Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 251 25th St NW, Canton, OH 44709, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery, Canton, OH.
