Her favorite things to do were going on family trips to Michigan, the Smoky Mountains, and Amish county. It’s amazing how someone who never spoke a word taught so many life lessons to her family and to those who surrounded her during her time on Earth. Those lessons of unconditional love, faith, and trust have been ingrained in all who knew her, and have pushed several of her siblings to be called into the medical profession. The loss of Annie will be felt forever and the impact she made on her family will always remain.
Annie is preceded in death by her loving mother, Norberta who sacrificed her own needs in order to care for and to raise Annie and her family. Also preceding Annie were both sets of maternal and paternal grandparents. She leaves behind her legacy to her father, John, who unselfishly took care of her sun up and sun down for the past 47 years; siblings, Lea Anne (Robert) Pickens, Kimberly (Dennis) Maio, Kristi (Michael) Cain, Johnny (Cindy) Forberg, Jason (Jennifer) Forberg; and 20 nieces and nephews.
Annie’s sweet smile, laughter and bright blue eyes will forever shine on those who were blessed to know her. A private Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated followed by interment at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Karlo-Libby Funeral Home.
