My prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.  I did not know him, but it sounds although he enjoyed life.

I have good memories of growing up next to the Taylors in the 1970s to early 80s.  Thanks for not yelling at me for cutting through your yard while I'd go play football or baseball with my EloiseCircle neighborhood fiends!  Mr. Taylor helped put out a fire when I (as a teenager) was burning leaves in my parents' backyard.  I remember David booming punts in his backyard when he kicked for Lake High School.  Halloween was special, going around for Trick-or-Treat.  Again, I was fortunate to grow up next to the Taylors for their kindness as neighbors.
