Dave was born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 12, 1959 to the late Albert and Norma (Barker) Thomas. Dave was a graduate of the 1978 class of GlenOak High School in Canton. He enjoyed football, NASCAR and go-Kart racing, and bowling.
Dave is survived by three siblings: Mark (Connie), Cindy, and Bob; five nieces: Alyson, Ashley, Jessica, Sarah, and Jill; and one nephew, Ben.
A funeral service for Dave will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. He will be privately laid to rest after at Sunset Hills Burial Park. In accordance with State of Ohio guidelines for mass gatherings, a limit of ten (10) people will be permitted in the chapel during visitation; callers must wear masks and maintain a 6-foot distance while waiting to greet the family.
