She was born June 29, 1951 in Rosemont, West Virginia to the late Boyd and Harriet (Gobel) West. Dolly was a graduate of Timken High School, Class of 1969. She retired from the Hoover Company. Dolly enjoyed exercise and cleaned at the Powerhouse Gym. She was a longtime member of Faith Family Church where she dedicated her time to volunteering. Dolly loved dogs, being around people, and helping others.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John West; and daughter, Michelle Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Stacy (Josh) Kosteinshek; granddaughter, Michelle Myers; step-grandson, Jaxson Kosteinshek.
Calling hours will be held at Faith Family Church on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm with a memorial service beginning at the church at 12:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Family Church or the Stark County Humane Society.
