Dee was born in Warren, Ohio on February 13, 1948, to the late James and Angela Romeo. She was a graduate of Mayfield High School. In 1971, she married Harold Eugene Fout, and together they celebrated 50 years of marriage before his passing in 2021. Dee worked as an Executive Secretary for many years before she became the owner of Romeo’s Old World Pizzaria and Deli. After the pizza shop was sold, she worked as a saleswoman in the fine jewelry department at Macy’s for 20 years before she retired. For many years, Dee and her husband were active members of Oakwood Country Club. In her free time, Dee loved playing cards and games and was well known for being competitive. She also enjoyed golfing and organizing social events. Christmas was her absolute favorite holiday, and she loved decorating for it with all of her trees and carolers scenes. She had an eye for design and decorating and was a very talented calligrapher. Dee had a Havanese dog named GiGi, who she absolutely adored. Dee loved showing up for her family and was always involved in her children and grandchildren’s interests and activities.
Dolores is survived by two daughters, Nicole Selinsky and Brittany (Ben) Smith, four grandchildren: Keegan, Colton, Kane, and Bianca; and one brother.
