On December 23 of this year, Donald J. Angelo left his earthly home. At age 85, Don lived a full life. He was born March 8, 1933 in Canton, Ohio to Jack and Angelina Angelo. He was a veteran of the Korean War, and a retired sergeant at the Canton Police Department. He was a member of Canton FOP, enjoyed wood working and spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids.
Don was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Shirley of 65 years, four children, Mark Angelo (Barbara), Sherri Bichsel (Harold), Donald Angelo, and Jerri Stevens (James), six grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Friends and family may call on Friday, December 28 from 9-10:15 a.m. at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Services will be held immediately after at 10:15 with Pastor Joseph L. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
