Donald Grimm

Donald Gene "Butch" Grimm, 69, of Canton, was reunited with his daughters Dawn and Char, and siblings, Sherry, Terry, and Russell in heaven on May 13, 2014 after a prolonged battle with heart disease. He was born to the late Jane (Puckett) and Fred Grimm on September 6, 1944 in East Liverpool, Ohio. Don graduated from Alliance High School in 1966. He was married to Robbyn Davis in 1976.

Don displayed his love for driving semi tractor-trailers by training others to do the same. He loved spending time with his family and friends skating, tubing, biking and enjoying the outdoors in creative ways. He also enjoyed building things out of wood.

Don is survived by his siblings, Betty Michael, John (Debby) Binius, Ron (Diane) Grimm of Michigan; wife, Robbyn Grimm; three children, Bobbie Grimm (Jason Decker), Donny Grimm, and Janie Grimm, all of Canton; sons-in-law, Darryl Elliot, Travis Hornsby,; seven grandchildren, Josh (Amanda), Amber (Nathaniel), Katelyn, Samuel, Becky, Chloe, and Abby.

A Celebration of Don's life will be held on Tuesday, May 27th at 7:00pm in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Everhard Road. Social hour will be held from 6-7pm, one hour prior to the service.
