Edward Leach

He was born June 26, 1921 in Barton, Ohio to the late Pleasant Orville and Ruth Irene (Vest) Leach. Edward was an U.S. Army veteran of WWII, and was the original owner of L&M Refuse. He married Opal Mottice on March 28, 1947.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, one sister, a great-grandchild, and a son-in-law. He is survived by his wife, Opal (Mottice) Leach; daughter, Jean Herrick of Navarre; son, John (Becky) Leach of San Angelo, TX; grandchildren, Tammy Leach, Laurie (Alun) Shuttleworth, Jennifer Wright McCartney, Karin (Christopher) Harriss, Robert (Laurel) Wright, Jr., Wendy (Marc) Able, Richard (Kim) Wright, Jeanie (Kenneth) Finzer; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Praxl officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call from 11am-1pm on Friday, two hours before services at the funeral home.
