She was born March 30, 1924 in Canton, Ohio to the late Frank and Luceile McMillen. Harriet was a graduate of Middlebranch High School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Bill Parks “K8JZN”; sister, Thelma Anstine; and son-in-law, Don Furney. She is survived by her daughters, Ann Marie Furney, and Linda Collingwood; sons, David (Joni) Parks, and Scott Parks; grandchildren, Lake (Rose) Furney, Curt (Melanie) Collingwood, Crystal (Jeff) Morgan, Amber, Brandon, Rhiannon, Alethia, and Saige Parks; four great grandchildren; and brother, Eugene McMillen.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call from 6-8pm Wednesday, at the funeral home.
