Harry was born November 29, 1958 in Canton, Ohio, the son of the late Larry Rhea, and Jean (Hobbs) Usko.
Harry was a graduate of GlenOak High School, attended Kent State University, and received his degree from G.I.A. as a gemologist. He was proud of his career as a high-end jeweler. In his youth, he was active in many sports. Harry had a great love of animals.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Andra Rhea Saunders. He is survived by his husband of 28 years, Michael Glenn Pierce; mother, Jean (Richard) Usko; sister, Denise (Stephen) Adams; former wife, Sherri Bianchi; brother-in-law, Vincent Saunders; nephew, Jason Saunders; great-nephew, Tyler Saunders; step-sister, Celeste (Craig) Smith; and step-brothers, Rick Usko, Jr. and Randy (Megan) Usko.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Friday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Henry Warstler Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 11am-12pm, one hour before services at the funeral home.
