Helen was a foster mother for more than one hundred babies and was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, North Canton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Dayton in 1997 and two brothers, Jim and Bill Lillard. She is survived by her daughter, Kaye (Daniel) Decker of Pennsylvania; son, Dale, (Vicki) Dayton of Canton; grandchildren, Ken and Kevin Decker, Tracy Dayton, Tammy Martin, and Staci Anaspach; step-grandchildren, April Hill and David Hill; and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00am in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Wagner officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Thursday (TONIGHT) from 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
